NxtQuantum’s AI+ smartphone to launch on Flipkart in June: All the details

NxtQuantum Shift Technologies, the consumer tech venture founded by Madhav Sheth, has announced the launch of its first AI+ smartphone in India. The device will be available on Flipkart by the end of June 2025 and represents a fully localised mobile experience – designed, engineered, and manufactured entirely in India.

The AI+ smartphone brand is positioned around three pillars: a Made-in-India vision, secure and responsible technology, and accessibility for first-time smartphone users. According to the company, the device is built with homegrown hardware and software, and features a native user interface tailored for Indian consumers.

Flipkart will serve as the exclusive online platform for the AI+ smartphone, leveraging its affordability programmes such as no-cost EMIs, bank discounts, and exchange offers to broaden access to the device. The collaboration also highlights Flipkart’s ongoing role in expanding digital access across the country, particularly among budget-conscious and first-time smartphone buyers.
