How to report violations using the Traffic Prahari app

The Traffic Prahari app is available for both Android and iOS users via the Google Play Store and Apple App Store. After downloading the app, users must register using a mobile number and verify it through a one-time password (OTP). Once registered, users can start submitting reports of traffic violations.

To file a complaint:
• Capture a photo or video of the violation clearly showing the vehicle number.
• Ensure the image includes the timestamp and GPS location (automatically attached by the app).
• Upload the file through the app’s interface and submit.
