Krafton India has officially confirmed that the much-awaited Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) 4.1 update will begin rolling out on November 13, 2025. The new version introduces a refreshed Royale Pass, themed content, and various gameplay improvements that aim to enhance the in-game experience for players across Android and iOS devices.
Release schedule
According to Krafton, the BGMI 4.1 update rollout will start at 6:30 AM IST for Android users, with 30% of players receiving the update initially. The release will expand to 50% by 9:30 AM IST and reach 100% by 11:30 AM IST. For iOS users, the full rollout will occur at 9:30 AM IST, while the APK file will be available on BGMI’s official website at 12:30 PM IST.
A16 Royale Pass details
The A16 Royale Pass will feature a range of new rewards across 100 levels, including multiple mythic outfits, weapon finishes, and themed items. Key highlights include:
Level 1: Icebound Raider Set
Level 10: Glacier-themed MG3 (Upgradeable)
Level 40: Glacial Phantom Set
Level 70: Glacier UAZ vehicle skin
Level 100: Crystalborn Emperor Set (Ultimate Mythic Outfit)
The pass also includes new emotes, ornaments, and evolving backpack designs, continuing BGMI’s trend of offering collectible-tier cosmetics.
Frosty Funland themed mode
The update also introduces a Frosty Funland theme to the Erangel map. A new Penguin Town area will feature loot crates hidden inside a large penguin statue. Players can try new gadgets such as the Fish Rocket Launcher, Ice gadgets for mobility and traps, and a Blue Fin Tuna Syringe that boosts health and speed. Krafton has also added quality-of-life improvements, such as the ability to loot items after being knocked out and enhanced interactions with moving loot trucks.
With the update launching tomorrow, BGMI players can expect the holiday-themed Frosty Funland mode, new items, and improved gameplay mechanics to set the stage for the winter season in-game.
