Before Wolverine, Deadpool has teamed up with Xbox, here’s why

The next big movie for every Marvel fan is going to be ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’, scheduled to hit theatres on July 26. Marvel Studio’s ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ sees the return of Hugh Jackman as the beer-loving Canadian superhero after 2017’s Logan; Jackman’s James Howlett ‘Logan’ will have to work with the ‘lady’ he’s not interested in working with (not breaking the fourth wall here): Ryan Reynold’s Deadpool. But Marvel’s Merc-with-a-Mouth has already taken up an offer from Xbox before he tries to get the Old Canucklehead to team up with him.

Deadpool has designed an Xbox game controller modelled after, well, him (who else did you think?), but more particularly, his “perfectly rounded tush!” The custom Deadpool-designed Xbox controller is named ‘The Cheeky Controller’ and comes in “a red-and-black tactical suit.”

Some of you might be thinking of getting Deadpool’s The Cheeky Controller already. But Deadpool and Xbox have decided that only one lucky Marvel fan is going to get the Deadpool-designed controller, and that is through a global sweepstakes. But don’t lose heart as other custom Deadpool-themed Xbox hardware are there to be won also, like “a custom Deadpool-inspired Xbox Series X and stand featuring foam versions of Deadpool’s trusty katanas, Bea and Arthur, and two Xbox Wireless Controllers”.
