If you’ve been annoyed hearing Amitabh Bachchan’s cybercrime warning every time you made a phone call, well, here’s some news. That caller tune is finally being removed starting Thursday, according to a report by NDTV.

The message was part of a government campaign to create awareness about rising cyber fraud cases. While the intention was good, let’s be honest, people were getting pretty frustrated, especially when it popped up during emergency calls and delayed connections.

And things really blew up online when Bachchan started getting trolled for it. Someone cheekily commented on his post saying, “Toh phone pe bolna band kro bhai” (Then stop saying it on the phone). Big B, being his savage self, shot back with, “Sarkar ko bolo bhai, unhone jo kaha humne kar diya”  basically saying, “Blame the government, I was just doing what they asked.”

Another person took a jab at his age, and Bachchan wasn’t having it. He clapped back saying, “Jo satha, woh patha” — a polite way of reminding them that “With age comes wisdom.”
