Uttar Pradesh man, 24, survives 6 snake bites in single month

Vikas Dubey, a 24-year-old resident of Soura village in Uttar Pradesh's Fatehpur district, has experienced a harrowing ordeal, having been bitten by snakes six times within a span of one and a half months. Despite these repeated attacks, Dubey has remarkably recovered each time after receiving prompt medical treatment.

The first incident occurred on June 2 when Dubey was bitten by a snake while getting out of bed at his house. He was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital and treated. However, this was only the beginning of an extraordinary series of snake encounters. Between June 2 and July 6, Dubey was bitten six times by snakes, according to a report in India Today. 

After the fourth snakebite, Dubey was advised to leave his house for his safety. He relocated to his aunt's home in Radhanagar, but even there, he was not spared. A fifth snake bit him while at his aunt's house. Concerned for his well-being, his parents brought him back home. On July 6, Dubey was attacked by a snake once more, with his condition worsening significantly. His parents quickly admitted him to the hospital, where he received treatment and recovered.

Dubey noted a peculiar pattern to these incidents: the snake bites always occurred on a Saturday or Sunday, and he had a premonition each time before being bitten. This unusual sequence of events has baffled both his family and the local community, prompting ongoing concern for his safety.
