"During the search operation, the team has found pugmarks of the leopard that confirmed its presence in the area," he said. TCS and Infosys have their campus spread over 230 acres of land that has dense foliage making it a suitable place for the leopard to hide.

The forest department has also asked employees of TCS and Infosys to stay inside the buildings and not to stay in the open areas unnecessarily. "We have asked the staff not to go towards the dense plantation inside the campus, where the presence of the leopard has been confirmed by its pugmarks. Besides, morning and evening walkers have been asked to stay alert, carry lathi and torch, and avoid going near the bushes," Solanki said.
