Once again, the country's capital Delhi has witnessed a major terror attack. It happened outside the Delhi High Court, which was the sight in May of a far smaller attack. All this adds to the list of unexplained security developments in the national capital. Last year before the Common Wealth Games in September, the city witnessed attacks outside Jama Masjid. There was also a discovery of an unexplained mysterious substance early this summer outside Gargi College.
