After Mantralaya in Mumbai, fire at Delhi's North Block

A minor fire broke out in the second floor of the North Block in New Delhi on Sunday afternoon. The North Block houses the Home and Finance Ministries.

The fire broke out in Room no. 102 of the North Block. It is the conference room of the Home Ministry and is located next to the Home Minister's office.
Seven fire tenders were rushed to the spot to douse the blaze. The blaze was reported from the Home Ministry at around 2:15 pm, said the fire brigade officials.
No one was injured in the incident. The fire brigade officials said the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained.
