In POSCO's USD 12 billion India dream, the environment ministry has given the project the green signal, but with as many as 60 riders. One of the key conditions laid down by the ministry is that the clearance for 1,253 acres will be given only when the Orissa government comes out with a more comprehensive rehabilitation package.
