OnePlus has officially confirmed that it will launch its upcoming flagship the OnePlus 6 on May 17 at an event in Beijing. According to its official forum, the latest device would be launched in Mumbai on May 17 at 3 pm, and in London on May 16.
OnePlus 6 is one of the most anticipated phones of the year and the company has time and again released various teasers to confirm certain features and specifications of the device.
The company is promoting the upcoming flagship with the tagline, "The Speed you Need". It is expected to be powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC and incorporate an 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
The company confirmed on Twitter that the phone will come with a glass back and may support wireless charging.
The OnePlus 6 would be waterproof and possibly dustproof.
The phone is expected to sport an iPhone X like notch on its display.
OnePlus’ official partner Amazon India said that the device will soon be available in the country.
