Internet user growth globally is flat with one exception that is India. Pointing that fact out was Mary Meeker's internet trends report which is considered to be the Holy Grail for investors. The government's Aadhaar project, Jan Dhan accounts and UPI found special mention as big enablers of digitisation and the one line takeaway was that the Indian internet businesses will face challenges from global competition across hardware, carriers, software and commerce.
