HDFC Bank’s new mobile app continues to malfunction, remains unfixed

Almost seven days after HDFC Bank’s new mobile application malfunctioned, several users are still unable to use its internet banking service.

HDFC Bank customers started complaining about the updated mobile application malfunctioning last week. The application was pulled from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store on December 1.

Customers continue to be unable to access the app since it was updated. When users tried to access the app, it said: "Sorry, we are experiencing high traffic on our servers. Please try again after some time."
