Indian Oil, BPCL resume buying Russian oil for September as discounts widen: Report

The refiners had halted purchases in July due to narrowed discounts

Indian state-run refiners Indian Oil and Bharat Petroleum have resumed the purchase of Russian flagship grade Urals for September delivery as discounts widened to about $3 per barrel and as China raised purchases, officials at the refiners who are aware of the matter said.

The refiners had halted purchases in July due to narrowed discounts.
