Shruti Shibulal, Infosys cofounder S.D. Shibulal's daughter, is CEO and director of Tamara Leisure Experiences. The Columbia Business School graduate says there are at least three ways in which working out in the morning helps her to be a better leader at work: the consistency and structure spill over from her workout routine to her workday. Additionally, it helps her recover faster from the many short, sequential work trips she needs to go on. Excerpts from an interview:
