Prefer Sun TV, may test Rs 430-450: Prakash Diwan

Prakash Diwan of Altamount Capital Management told CNBC-TV18, "It seems like if you want to factor in all the fundamentals of Sun TV Network and take the entire set of negative news flow around it out, it should come back to its original level and should grow from there on. It means you could probably start looking at a zone of Rs 430-450 for the stock. So, definitely there is a huge headroom there." "This is what happens when there is a coil effect, a spring coil effect when positive news starts coming in and then the negative goes out. It is a great market that they are present in. They are just getting stronger also by the day and if fast-moving consumer companies were to do well, a lot of consumer durable companies which are down south and auto companies which have to advertise, they would start seeing that revenue growth quickly," he said.
