ICICI Securities positive on capital goods space

Anantha Narayan, Co-Head Equities at ICICI Securities is positive on capital goods space.

Narayan told CNBC-TV18, "On capital goods I will definitely be a lot more positive and we have been speaking to few of the banks recently and the common message that we are getting out is that there has been resurgence of capex related funding, which is a good news for the capital goods sector. There are some solid companies in that sector, so that is one sector that I would view favourable."
He further added, "Infrastructure is fairly desperate sector, there is a broad range of companies there, some of which still have corporate governance issues, so I would definitely be lot more careful looking at the infrastructure sector and aggregate while true stock prices did come off quite a bit over the last few months."
