First pick for the day is a buy Sterlite Technologies. The stock is showing some action and it can be expected to give a big breakout in the momentum and the stock is selected with a day target price of Rs 49 for the day and a stop loss of Rs 42.80
Second pick for the day is buy Alstom Projects. Infrastructure showing some action just before the budget maybe in the anticipation of some sops today in the infrastructure space and also expected RBI monetary policy easing in the coming meetings. The stock is selected with a day target price of Rs 419 and a stop loss of Rs 375 for the day.
Third pick of the day is sell Hindustan Construction with a day target of Rs 25.40 and a stop loss of Rs 31. On the back of Lavasa Project being rated as NPA and that risk can have big impact on the HCC as HCC wants about 60% in the Lavasa project. The stock is selected with a day target price of Rs 25.40 on the short side and a stop loss of Rs 31.
Fourth pick for the day is a buy CESC with a day target price of Rs 326 and a stop loss of Rs 295.
