Manas Jaiswal of manasjaiswal.comMy first pick is Tata Steel. On Tuesday it made a hammer pattern on the daily chart and yesterday we witnessed a good buying interest. On the daily chart oscillators are showing positive cross over. So possibly stock can test Rs 465 in next two-three trading sessions. So, one can buy the stock at current levels with a stop loss of Rs 448.
My second pick is Maruti. The stock has very strong support at Rs 1,250 and yesterday also it took support there and recovered smartly. So, possibly stock can test Rs 1,330 in next two trading sessions. One can buy the stock at current levels with a stop loss of Rs 1,272.
Rajesh Jain of Religare Securities Petronet LNG has been consolidating in a sideways range for quite some time and a move above Rs 165 can give a good short covering in it. One can buy the stock at its current price keeping a stoploss of Rs 160 for target of Rs 170. Jain Irrigation has formed a head and shoulder formation and broken down format. One can short the stock at any counter rally between Rs 96-99 range, keeping a stop loss of Rs 100 for lower target of Rs 90.
Nooresh Mirani of AMSEC Research
My first stock call is a buy on Siemens with a target price of Rs 815 and the stop loss to be placed at Rs 749. If we look at the stock, it has been in a range of Rs 750-760 on the downside and on the upside, it faces a lot of resistance around Rs 815-820.
My next stock call is a buy on Colgate with a target price of Rs 1,200 and a stop loss to be placed at Rs 1,080. The stock has made new lifetime highs yesterday as well as the stock has given a breakout around Rs 1,100 recently. After a lot of consolidation, the stock seems to be added to more than Rs 1,200 levels.
