On May 30, 2013 Mavi Investment Fund FCCB sold 17,37,002 shares of Amtek India at Rs 92.75 on the BSE.

However, Amtek Auto bought 30,00,000 shares at Rs 92.75 on the BSE.

In the previous trading session, the share closed at Rs 93.40, up Rs 1.05, or 1.14 percent. It has touched an intraday high of Rs 96.85 and an intraday low of Rs 90.90.

The share touched its 52-week high Rs 126.35 and 52-week low Rs 64.80 on 21 December, 2012 and 05 April, 2013, respectively. Currently, it is trading 26.08 percent below its 52-week high and 44.14 percent above its 52-week low. Market capitalisation stands at Rs 2,592.17 crore.
