Dividend Payment
The final dividend, if declared at the AGM, will be paid on or before October 7, 2025, to shareholders whose names appear on the Register of Members as of the record date, September 1, 2025. For shares held in dematerialized form, the dividend will be paid to beneficial owners as per the data provided by the Depositories as of the close of business hours on September 1, 2025. For shares held in physical form, the dividend will be paid after giving effect to valid transmission or transposition requests lodged with the Company as of the close of business hours on September 1, 2025.
Tax Deduction
The company will deduct tax at source (TDS) from the dividend paid to shareholders at the prescribed rates, as dividend income is now taxable in the hands of shareholders. Shareholders are requested to update their PAN with the Company/RTA (in case of shares held in physical mode) and Depositories (in case of shares held in demat mode) to enable the Company to determine the appropriate TDS / withholding tax rate applicability. The shareholders are requested to send the requisite documents to the Company/RTA not later than September 1, 2025.

The 30th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Triveni Turbine Limited will be held on Monday, September 8, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM).

- Adoption of Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Statements for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
