Data to watch: US new home sales, Kimberly Clark nos

The Dow Jones Industrial Average ended up 52.45 points or 0.42% at 12,506 on Thursday. It was up 1.33% for week and up 8% YTD.

The US markets ended higher on the back of strong earnings and ahead of long weekend on Thursday. So far, US earnings are up 18.2% for the 137 companies (representing 27% of all S&P 500 companies)
