A: It is negative news. Due to this news, the stock price is affected. When this news came in the morning, the share was ruling at about Rs 81. This stock gave a close of about Rs 83 plus. Technically, it is very difficult to take a call on the stock on a shorter-term horizon.
In the last one week, the stock has shown a lot of volatility. It touched a low of Rs 70 and then swiftly bounced back to Rs 84-85 in less than a week. I hope that the stock maintains its level of 80 in the near-term. Q: What should one do with the Crompton Greaves at Rs 165?
