Richard Ross of Auerbach Grayson said that a lot of optimism is now priced-in into these markets. However, he indicated that we still need to remain cautious to a certain degree.
He further mentioned that the markets seem to have a lot of momentum to the upside, but the concerns that brought them lower a week or month ago still remain out there. The concerns will still remain out there into the New Year, he added.
