Louise Cooper of BGC Partners spoke to CNBC-TV18 about whether the new year rally in global markets is sustainable. She says that the market was probably just rejoicing the end of a bad 2011. Cooper however points out that Europe has in fact had its strongest ever year opening with the FTSE up 2.29%.
