Shares of PC Jeweller opened at a premium of Rs 2 over its issue price of Rs 135 on the National Stock Exchange. Meanwhile, the premium for retail investors was Rs 7 as they received shares at a discount of Rs 5 to final issue price.
At 10:07 hours IST, the stock was up 3.89 percent to Rs 140.25 after hitting an intraday high of Rs 143.95 and low of Rs 137 in early trade. Exchanges have fixed 20 percent circuit limit for the stock; so the upper circuit limit is Rs 164.40 while lower circuit stands at Rs 109.60 on the NSE. Meanwhile, the circuit limit on the BSE is Rs 162.60 in case of upper band and Rs 108.45 in lower band. Total traded volume was 1.67 crore equity shares while the total issue size was 4.51 crore shares.
