Manali Petrochemicals Limited has announced a revision to the record date for determining members' entitlement to the dividend for the financial year 2024-25. The record date has been revised due to a Clearing / Settlement Holiday declared by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
The revised record date for the declaration of dividend for FY 2024-25 will be on the closing hours of September 9, 2025 (Tuesday). This supersedes the earlier intimations regarding the record date.
The change was prompted by the Reserve Bank of India's Circular No. 2025-2026/1042, dated September 4, 2025, which declared September 8, 2025, as a Clearing / Settlement Holiday. The original record date was previously fixed by the company.
The company has confirmed that there are no other changes besides the revision of the record date. The information has been submitted to the stock exchanges for their record.
The intimation regarding this record date was previously announced on August 11 & 12, 2025.
The revised record date for the purpose of declaration of dividend for FY 2024-25 will be on closing hours of 09th September 2025 (Tuesday) as per the list of beneficial owners furnished by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL) and Central Depository Services (India) Limited (CDSL), the Depositories.
