Land Rover to launch new Discovery Sport in September

Land Rover will launch the new Discovery Sport in India on September 2, 2015 and retailers are now accepting bookings for the premium SUV. "The launch of new Discovery Sport in September will mark another significant milestone in the expansion of Land Rover's product offering in India," Jaguar Land Rover India Ltd President Rohit Suri said. The new Discovery sport is a premium SUV especially designed to invoke the adventure gene in customers and help them enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle with family and friends, reassured by Land Rover's unparallelled four-wheel drive technology, he added.

Land Rover range in India includes the Range Rover (starting at Rs 1.83 crore in Completely Built Unit (CBU) form), Range Rover Sport (starting at Rs 1.16 crore in CBU form), Discovery 4 (starting at Rs 1.11 crore in CBU form) and locally manufactured Range Rover Evoque (starting at Rs 48.73 lakh). All prices mentioned are ex - Mumbai (Pre Octroi), the company said. Land Rover vehicles are available in India through 22 authorised outlets in cities such as Ahmedabad, Aurangabad, Bengaluru, Chandigarh, Chennai, Delhi, Pune and Mumbai.
