Can Chandra take tough decisions for Tatas, asks Quantum's Dutt

N Chandrasekaran was appointed the chairman of Tata Sons on Thursday evening. The important question is whether Chandrasekaran can take tough decisions for the Tata Group, said Sanjay Dutt of Quantum Securities. Speaking to CNBC-TV18, Dutt said that while foreign institutional advisors will give him the benefit of doubt, he is skeptical about picking someone from within the organisation who follows the same ideology as the Tatas.On TCS, he said that there will be continuity of structure in the company under Rajesh Gopinath.
