Greaves Cotton has entered into long term supply agreement with M&M for supply of single cylinder engines for their three-wheeled vehicles.

| Greaves Cotton Limited has informed the Exchange that the Company has entered into a Long Term Supply Agreement with Mahindra & Mahindra Limited (M&M) for supply of single cylinder engines for their three-wheeled vehicles. The Agreement comes into force with immediate effect and is for a period of five years. Pursuant to this Agreement, Greaves will be the single source supplier for 100% needs of M&M for their three-wheeled vehicles. | | Source : BSE |
