Fintech company CASHe plans to hire 300 people by the end of this calendar year and also set up a new technology excellence centre to expand its digital engineering capabilities.
The facility that would come up in Hyderabad would serve as a “centre of excellence” and drive and support the technology needs of the company, CASHe said in a statement on June 3.
The facility currently hosts company’s lending, insurance, and wealth management verticals.
Hiring will be across experience levels and domains such as technology, data sciences, machine learning, DevOps, TechOps, product development, credit and collections.
CASHe employs 550 people at its Hyderabad and Mumbai centres. Among 300 new hires, 150 will be for the centre, aligning with the firm's planned talent acquisition strategy.
"The fintech industry is undergoing a significant transformation. We are swiftly expanding our teams and infrastructure to meet the increasing demand for our fintech solutions in the lending, insurance, and wealth tech space,” CASHe chief executive officer (CEO) Yashoraj Tyagi said.
The new facility, strategically located in one of India’s premier business hubs, would allow the company to substantially increase its workforce to meet the needs of its business and an expanding customer base, the CEO said.
