Spanco has informed that due to inevitable reasons, the meeting of the board of directors to be held on February 14, 2014 is postponed and the revised date of board meeting will be intimated accordingly.

Spanco Ltd has informed BSE that the Board Meeting to be held on February 14, 2014 inter-alia to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and six months ended September 30, 2013 and Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2013 of the Company, Further, the Company has informed that due to inevitable reasons, the Meeting of the Board of Directors is postponed and the revised date of Board Meeting will be intimated accordingly.Source : BSE
