1. Considered and approved the Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results for the half year ended on 30th September, 2017 along with Limited Review Report.

2. Recommended and declared first Interim Dividend of Rs. 0.50/- per Equity Share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2017-18 on the Equity Shares of the Company....Source : BSE
