      Picturehouse Media Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors, on August 10, 2012, has appointed Mr. Prasad V. Potluri as the Managing Director of Picturehouse Media Limited, for a period of five (5) years with effect from June 01, 2012 to May 30, 2017. His appointment is subject to the approval of shareholders in the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.Source : BSE
