Billionaire heiress Netra Mantena, who tied the knot with entrepreneur Vamsi Gadiraju in Udaipur recently, always wanted to be a traditional red bride. Her wedding stylist, Anaita Shroff Adajania, told Vogue that the colour was the bride’s choice, for which they chose Sabyasachi, known for dressing Deepika Padukone, Priyanka Chopra, and others in the iconic bridal hue.
She explained the work that went on behind the scenes to make the look come alive. “It was Netra’s dream to be the ultimate red bride. We worked closely with Sabyasachi and his team, poring over every detail, every stitch, every curve, to create a blouse that felt intimate and personal, with a scooped back and a motif on the arm that reflected her story,” she said.
Netra indeed looked breathtaking on her wedding day, dolled up in the red attire, also wearing traditional jewellery pieces from the designer that elevated her look. Moreover, the detail that stood out the most for Adajania was the circles adorning her hair.

“My most cherished detail was the circles adorning her hair—a nod to her South Indian roots, reminiscent of the moon and sun that brides traditionally wear on their wedding day,” she shared. Netra’s makeup was done by celebrity MUA Namrata Soni, who made the bright shine on her big day.
Netra and Vamsi’s wedding was a lavish affair with the presence of Bollywood A-listers like Ranveer Singh, Madhuri Dixit, Kriti Sanon, Varun Dhawan, Janhvi Kapoor, Nora Fatehi, among others. They performed at the couple’s sangeet night, adding more energy and buzz to the affair. International artists like Jennifer Lopez and Black Coffee made headlines for making the guests groove to their beats.
The wedding decor was nothing short of spectacular, especially on the big day. The venue was decorated with an all-white floral arrangement, which looked striking. The table setting was in pink, adding a serene yet romantic touch to the place. What also stood out at the sangeet was the cake made by a Paris chef, which featured Rajasthani architecture and figurines of elephants, peacocks, and tigers.
