Arthritis comes in many forms, but osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis are the most common. While osteoarthritis results from wear and tear of the cartilage that cushions the joints, rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder where the body mistakenly attacks the joints.
