Honey Singh, credited for songs like Brown Rang and Sunny Sunny, has lost nearly 17 kg in a span of a month. While fans are loving his sharper and leaner self, there are some who have raised concerns about his health. The singer has now reacted sharply to false reports.
In a video posted on Instagram, a fan shared how Honey’s drastic weight loss has impacted his nose and led his body to shrink. He added something doesn’t seem to be right in the singer’s life, though he is not telling anyone about it.
“I don’t know why no one has noticed, but I think something has happened to Honey Singh. For the last two years, he was looking glamorous, but in his recent posts and stories, his nose looks different. He goes to the gym every day, but his body seems to be shrinking. I think something has happened in his life that he isn’t telling anyone about. What do you guys think? Tell me,” he shared.
To this accusation, Honey Singh replied, “Kuch nahi hua manhoos (Nothing has happened, you unlucky). I am working out hard for glorious days.”
Honey Singh’s Drastic Weight Loss Transformation
Honey Singh managed to shed several kilos in a month, which his trainer, in an interview, credited to a meticulously planned diet that included a special green juice. The drink helped boost the singer’s metabolism and detoxify his body, leading to his incredible weight loss.
His healthy green drink contained the goodness of beetroot, amla (Indian gooseberry), cucumber, carrots, and coriander leaves. He consumed it every morning on an empty stomach, followed by blended vegetables.
The singer’s lunch comprised boiled chicken with rice, and in the evening, he had vegetable soup or boiled chicken as a snack. Finally, he ended the day with green vegetables or soup for dinner.
Not only did his diet play a role in his weight loss, but so did his rigorous workout routine, which included strength training, cardio, high-rep training, and other forms of exercise.
