The initiative, launched in Mumbai on April 29th, 2025, underscores Sugee Group's deep appreciation for the relentless dedication and unwavering grit of its construction workforce. Nitin Salunkhe, Co-Founder & Partner of Sugee Group, emphasized that the company's pride in on-time delivery would be impossible without their tireless efforts. He explained that the song was conceived as a lasting and heartfelt way to acknowledge their crucial role, which often goes unnoticed.

Familiar noises such as hammers, drills, rammers, and shears are seamlessly woven into the composition by Chaitanya Pandit, who also co-wrote the lyrics with Chirag Modi.
