OG is scheduled to release in theaters on September 25, 2025.Following the success of Daaku Maharaaj, veteran Telugu actor Nandamuri Balakrishna (NBK) is preparing for his upcoming big-screen project, NBK111. Gopichand Malineni will be the film's director.
The Jaat director took to X to announce the collaboration, sharing the news along with a striking poster featuring a lion.

Several fans took to the comments to express their excitement for the upcoming mass action film. One fan wrote, "The Massive Combo Is Back." NBK111 will be backed by Venkata Satish Kilaru under the banner of Vriddhi Cinemas. The actor-director duo had previously worked in the 2023 film Veera Simha Reddy and is set to comeback with the latest film NBK111.
The director is creating a distinctive and never-before-seen Nandamuri Balakrishna avatar against an epic backdrop, deviating from traditional commercial cinema.
As per reports, the script, which is nearing completion, promises a potent blend of dramatic intensity, large-scale action, and historical depth, all of which are well matched to Balakrishna's dominant on-screen persona. Even though specifics are still being kept under wraps, the project has already created a lot of buzz because only the actor-director combination has been made public.

Nandamuri Balakrishna was last seen in the blockbuster film Daaku Maharaaj, which grossed over Rs 115 crores globally. Bobby Deol, Pragya Jaiswal, Shraddha Srinath, and Urvashi Rautela were among the ensemble cast members of the Bobby Kolli-directed film.
