Coca-Cola is preparing to roll out a brand-new commercial starring V of BTS, designed to capture his charisma while highlighting the bold, refreshing experience of Coca-Cola Zero.
The campaign, unveiled on 3 September KST, centres on the idea of transforming everyday monotony into moments of celebration with the help of the drink. Coca-Cola explained that the advert spotlights the situations where Coca-Cola Zero is needed most, powered by V’s vibrant charm and energy.
The film begins with V travelling in a Coca-Cola truck, grooving effortlessly to the rhythm of the music. As he notices people worn out by the scorching summer heat and trapped in dull routine, he flashes a knowing smile and remarks: “Looks like you need something thrilling.” At that moment, the container doors swing open to reveal crates of Coca-Cola Zero, instantly changing the atmosphere into one of joy and festivity.
What follows is a lively scene of people gathering around the Coca-Cola truck, clinking bottles of Coca-Cola Zero, tucking into food, and dancing together in the newly transformed setting. The commercial closes with a close-up of V himself, savouring a chilled sip — crisp, cool, and memorable.
As per allkpop, speaking about the campaign, a Coca-Cola representative explained: “We captured the transformation from boredom to celebration through the exhilarating taste of Coca-Cola Zero, showing how it brings people together. We hope this commercial lets more people experience the bold, thrilling refreshment of the renewed Coca-Cola Zero.”

As per allkpop, V also shared his thoughts on the collaboration, saying: “I’ve always felt that Coca-Cola has a special power to bring people together. During the shoot, the energy we felt while sharing Coca-Cola Zero was truly unforgettable. I hope everyone can turn their everyday life into a thrilling celebration—just like I did—with Coca-Cola Zero.”
The full 60-second version of the advert will be released in advance on V’s official Instagram, as well as Coca-Cola’s Instagram and YouTube platforms. A shorter cut is scheduled to hit television screens from 5 September.
