The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) says it has not yet taken a decision to cancel licenses of 11 dismissed officer bearers of the Indian Pilots Guild after over 200 striking pilots refused to return to work. The decision on the dismissal of pilots, as requested by Air India to the DGCA, will be made only on the basis of legal view, CNBC-TV18 has learnt.
