With an increase in penetration level for herbal products across market, we foresee a tremendous growth for our brand," founder and Chairman of Cavin Kare, CK Ranganathan said.

"... our vision is to take one of our spectacular products to neighbourhoods of our customers across the country and thereby increase Karthika shampoo's turnover to Rs 100 crore by 2017," he added.

The company claimed that the Karthika brand was a well established player in the segment and enjoys strong consumer base across metro and rural areas.
