      With reference to the earlier announcement regarding book closure dates from June 25, 2012 to July 04, 2012 for the purpose of payment of Dividend & Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on July 05, 2012, Surana Corporation Ltd has now informed BSE that the Annual General Meeting of the Company has been postponed and now will be held on July 26, 2012. The book closure dates discussed earlier remains the same from June 25, 2012 to July 04, 2012.Source : BSE
