Seshasayee Paper: Madras HC approves merger of SPB Papers with company

Seshasayee Paper and Boards has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras sanctioned the scheme of amalgamation of SPB Papers with the company. The said order will be placed before the Board of Directors for their consideration and approval for filing the same with Registrar of Companies.

    Seshasayee Paper and Boards Ltd has informed BSE that the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras by its Order dated April 26, 2013 in Company Petition No. 269 / 2012, has sanctioned the Scheme of Amalgamation of M/s. SPB Papers Limited with the Company, with effect from April 01, 2012.The said Order of the Hon'ble High Court of Judicature at Madras will be placed before the Board of Directors for their consideration and approval for filing the same with Registrar of Companies.Source : BSE
