Regulation 29 of the Listing Regulations - Board Meeting Intimation

We hereby inform you that, pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, July 21, 2017 to inter alia consider and approve the standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and three months ended June 30, 2017.

In connection with the above, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by insiders, adopted by the Board pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is closed for the Specified Persons from July 7, 2017 to July 23, 2017 (both days inclusive).
