Microsoft has been pushing its ChatGPT-based Copilot AI chatbot in Windows PCs. They’ve added a dedicated Copilot button that only serves the purpose of calling the Copilot app and nothing else. If you are not a fan of Copilot and prefer ChatGPT over it, there’s a dedicated app available for Windows PCs and laptops. There’s a dedicated shortcut button as well, which not only makes it easier for users to access ChatGPT on the system but also a regular shortcut button comprised of two buttons on the keyboard.
Wondering what that shortcut is and how to access ChatGPT on Windows PCs hassle-free, here’s everything you need to know.
ChatGPT keyboard shortcut
First things first, the “Alt+Space” is the keyboard shortcut for ChatGPT, and it is by default and you do not need to enable it manually.
But, there’s a catch
The catch behind this ChatGPT shortcut is that you’ll need to download and install the ChatGPT app on your PC via Microsoft Store. Also, you’ll be required to log in into the ChatGPT account for this shortcut to work.
Yes, there’s an app required for the feature to work, but the ChatGPT app comes with added features like voice command support, and added benefits and features too.
