But that really comes down to personal style—some people like their accessories to make a statement, and there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. For those who enjoy bold pieces and aren’t shy about a bit of shine, Stella is right on target.
Display
What really impressed me was the display. The Urban Stella features a 1.2-inch Super AMOLED screen that’s genuinely beautiful. It’s bright—like, really bright—up to 1000 nits, everything was perfectly legible even under direct sunlight. The colors are vibrant, the blacks are deep, and everything from notifications to watch faces looks crisp and clear. The always-on display is also a great touch and makes the watch feel more premium. You don’t need to keep tapping it or raising your wrist to check the time, and the round dial adds to the classic watch feel.
Performance and features
In terms of functionality, the Urban Stella handles the basics well and even throws in a few surprises. It supports Bluetooth calling, so you can make and receive calls directly from the watch when connected to your phone. Indoors, the call quality is actually pretty decent, and the built-in mic picks up your voice clearly. Outdoors in noisy places, it struggles a bit, but that’s expected in most budget smartwatches. There’s also a voice assistant feature that lets you activate your phone’s assistant (like Siri or Google) with a single tap, which is handy when you need a quick reminder or want to set a timer on the go.
Health features are fairly well-rounded. You get heart rate monitoring, blood pressure tracking, and blood oxygen (SpO2) monitoring. There’s even a female health tracker, which can help with cycle tracking and health reminders. For everyday wellness, there are options like stress monitoring and breathing exercises that pop up occasionally to remind you to slow down and take a break. While I wouldn’t use this data for serious fitness planning or medical decisions, it’s perfectly fine for casual tracking and keeping an eye on your general well-being.
The Stella also comes with multiple sports modes. It’s not a fitness-focused watch like some other smartwatches, but it handles basics like walking, running, and yoga just fine. It doesn’t have built-in GPS, so you’ll need to carry your phone if you want accurate location data, but for general activity tracking, it works as expected.
Another thing worth mentioning is how customizable the watch is. There are over 100 watch faces available, ranging from minimal to super glam, and you can even upload your own photos if you want something more personal. The companion app, FitCloudPro, is straightforward to use. It lets you track your health data, manage notifications, and switch watch faces with ease. It’s not the most polished app out there, and it does feel a bit basic in places, but for the average user, it gets the job done without much fuss.
Battery life
Battery life is surprisingly good for a smartwatch with such a bright display and calling features. With moderate use—including calling, notifications, and the always-on display—I got around three to four days on a full charge. If you switch off the always-on feature and keep the screen brightness lower, you could stretch it to almost a full week. It charges relatively quickly, and you won’t find yourself constantly looking for a charger, which is a big plus.
Should you buy it?
The Urban Stella is a smartwatch that knows exactly who it’s for. It’s not trying to compete with the Apple Watch or the Samsung watches or take on serious sports wearables. Instead, it’s aimed at those who care about how their watch looks just as much as what it can do. It brings together essential smart features, health tracking, and Bluetooth calling in a stylish, head-turning design.
If you’re someone who wants their smartwatch to double as a statement accessory, especially for events or nights out, the Stella delivers. It might not be the most subtle choice for daily office wear (unless that’s your vibe), but if you're all about bold and beautiful pieces that still keep you connected, this watch is a great pick.
