Samsung S26 Ultra is expected to launch in January 2026, alongside the other Galaxy S26 series smartphones. It will be the successor to the Galaxy S25 Ultra. Previously, the computer-aided design (CAD) renders of the handset were leaked, revealing its expected design. Now, thanks to a leaked case image, we have a first look at a mock-up for the black colour variant of the Galaxy S26 Ultra, which reveals the phone’s back design and camera module shape.

In a post on social media platform X, tipster Tarun Vats shows the purported Galaxy S26 Ultra with a back case and a render of the phone. The image shows the phone with a slightly raised quad-rear camera setup, with three of the four lenses placed inside a pill-shaped camera island. Further, the phone is shown in black shade with flat sides and rounded corners.

This leak corroborates the recently leaked CAD renders of the Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra and reveals that Samsung could redesign the rear layout of its next flagship, instead of the Galaxy S25 Ultra, which comes with discrete camera lenses. As for the other specifications of the phone, previous leaks suggest that the Galaxy S26 Ultra will sport a 6.9-inch QHD+ CoE Dynamic AMOLED display and is expected to be offered in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB internal storage options.
