Xiaomi has launched the Redmi 13 5G in India today during an event marking the company's 10th anniversary of its arrival in India. Its biggest highlights are the inclusion of a 108MP main camera and the first smartphone to be launched with the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE chipset in India.
Redmi 13 5G: Price, availability
The Redmi 13 5G is priced at Rs. 13,999 for the 6GB + 128GB RAM and storage configuration, while the 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at Rs. 15,499. The smartphone is available in Hawaiian Blue, Black Diamond, and Orchid Pink colour options. Xiaomi is also offering a bank discount of Rs 1,000 or an additional exchange offer of Rs 1,000.
The Redmi 13 5G will be sold via Amazon, Xiaomi’s retail channels, and other major offline retailers from July 12 at 12 PM.

The Redmi 13 5G has a 6.79-inch Full HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Gorilla Glass 3 protection, and 450 nits peak brightness. Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 AE (accelerated edition) with Adreno 613 GPU. Xiaomi had also used this chipset in the Redmi 12 5G.
If we talk about its optics, the Redmi 13 5G has a 108MP primary camera and a 2MP macro camera at the back. It comes with a 13MP front camera for selfies and video calls. On the software front, the Redmi 13 5G runs Xiaomi HyperOS based on Android 14 out of the box.
The phone is backed by a 5030mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. In terms of connectivity, the phone has dual 5G SIM support, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and a USB Type-C port.
