Oppo has officially confirmed that its next flagship smartphones, the Find X9 series, will be unveiled at a global launch event soon. The highlight of these devices is the new MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, which promises a big leap in performance and efficiency.
The Dimensity 9500 is built on a third-generation All-Big-Core architecture, combining one ultra-core clocked at 4.21GHz, three premium cores, and four performance cores. According to MediaTek, this setup delivers up to 32% better single-core performance and 17% faster multi-core speeds compared to the last generation, all while cutting peak power consumption by as much as 55%. That means users can expect not just faster phones, but also longer battery life.
On the graphics front, the chipset packs the Arm G1-Ultra GPU, which brings console-level visuals, including advanced ray tracing. Oppo is pairing this with a custom cooling system in the Find X9 lineup to ensure stable, high-frame-rate gaming even during heavy use.
Oppo is also introducing its new Trinity Engine with the Find X9 series. This engine makes use of Android’s first Unified Computing Power Model, which predicts power consumption with over 90% accuracy. In simple terms, it helps balance CPU, GPU, and memory use more smartly, so whether you’re gaming, taking photos, or just browsing, the phone manages energy efficiently.
With the Find X9 series, Oppo and MediaTek are aiming to deliver a flagship experience that’s powerful, efficient, and future-ready. More details, including the official launch date and regional availability, will be revealed at the global event in the coming weeks.
Stay tuned—Oppo’s next big release could set the tone for the premium smartphone market this year.
